Global Researcher Challenges Report 2027
An original Tezyar Research project measuring practical challenges in publication, reviewer response, methodology, statistics, and AI-assisted research.

We publish the report only after two predefined safeguards are satisfied: at least 100 total responses and enough geographic coverage to support the word “Global” (at least 50 responses with country data across 5 or more countries with reportable cells). This page remains noindex until both gates are met. The long-term target is 500 responses.
Methodology & reporting policy
The survey is anonymous and does not collect respondent names, email addresses, phone numbers, manuscripts, or research datasets.
All statistics on this page are computed from real submitted responses stored by Tezyar Research. No synthetic responses are added to meet a target.
The public findings are withheld until both the predefined sample-size threshold and the geographic-diversity gate are reached. Country-level cells smaller than five are not displayed.
Current geography gate: 0 responses include country data and 0 countries have reportable cells. We do not use the word “global” as an evidence claim until the predefined geography gate is satisfied.
The target sample is 500 researchers. If the final sample differs materially from the interim public sample, the report will be updated and the sample size will always be shown next to the findings.
