Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-29

These terms govern your use of the Tezyar website, the Free Tools, and our research consulting services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below. This page describes our services in plain language and hasn't been reviewed by outside legal counsel — if you need a legally binding agreement for a specific engagement, contact us and we can discuss one directly.

Acceptable Use

Use this site and its Free Tools for their intended purpose: getting research and academic-writing support. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for security vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or use the Free Tools to generate content for purposes unrelated to legitimate academic or professional work.

Academic Integrity

Tezyar provides guidance, structure, methodology support, editing, and analysis — the underlying research, data, and conclusions remain the client's own. You're responsible for using our services, and any AI-generated output from our Free Tools, in a way that complies with your institution's academic integrity policies, including any rules on permitted forms of assistance and disclosure. We do not represent our services as a substitute for a researcher's own work, and we do not knowingly assist with plagiarism or research misconduct.

No Guarantee of Publication or Acceptance

We do not and cannot guarantee that a manuscript will be accepted by a journal, that a thesis or dissertation will be approved, or that any project will achieve a particular grade or outcome. We commit to producing the strongest, most methodologically sound work we can and giving honest feedback on its readiness.

AI-Generated Output Limitations

The Free Tools use third-party AI models to generate text — titles, questions, keywords, abstracts, paraphrased text, and similar. This output can be factually wrong, can miss context only you have, and should never be treated as a verified citation, dataset, or finding on its own. Review, verify, and edit any AI-generated output before relying on it or submitting it as your own work; you remain responsible for the accuracy and originality of anything you ultimately use.

Your Submitted Material

You retain ownership of any manuscript, data, proposal, or other material you submit to us, whether through the contact form, your account, or a Free Tool. You're responsible for having the right to share that material with us (and, for Free Tools, with the third-party AI provider processing it — see our Privacy Policy) and for not submitting anything unlawful, confidential beyond your authority to share, or infringing on someone else's rights.

Prohibited Misuse

Don't use Tezyar's services to fabricate research findings, falsify data, impersonate someone else, or otherwise misrepresent work as something it isn't. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a project we reasonably believe involves this kind of misuse.

Limitation of Service

Our services and Free Tools are provided on an as-available basis. We aim for accuracy and reliability but don't guarantee the site or tools will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
