Confidentiality & Data Handling
Research projects often contain unpublished manuscripts, datasets, proposals, reviewer letters, or commercially sensitive information. Tezyar treats project materials as confidential working information and uses them only for the agreed support unless the client authorizes another use.
Purpose-Limited Use
Files and information provided for a project should be used only to evaluate, perform, review, and communicate about that project, except where the client explicitly authorizes another purpose.
Minimum Necessary Access
Project material should be shared only with people or systems needed to perform the agreed work. Sensitive information that is not necessary for the work should not be requested merely for convenience.
Anonymized Case Studies
A case study should never expose a client's identity, unpublished manuscript, confidential dataset, or proprietary information. Tezyar will publish a case study only when the underlying project can be verified and the public version is appropriately anonymized.
Client Responsibility for Restricted Data
Clients should not upload data they are not permitted to share. Projects involving regulated, clinical, personally identifiable, or institutionally restricted data may require additional handling rules from the client's organization.
