Corrections & Revision Policy
Research work frequently changes after supervisor, coauthor, editor, or reviewer feedback. Tezyar distinguishes between corrections to agreed deliverables, revisions within the agreed scope, and genuinely new work that changes the project scope.
Corrections
If an agreed deliverable contains an error attributable to the work performed, it should be corrected without treating the correction as a new project.
Revisions Within Scope
Feedback that remains inside the agreed scope can be handled as a revision. The exact revision terms depend on the project's written agreement and stage.
Scope Changes
Requests that add new analyses, datasets, chapters, research questions, databases, or deliverables may require a revised scope and quotation.
Traceability
For complex projects, revisions should be linked to specific comments or requested changes so both sides can see what was changed and why.
