Expert Selection Process
Different research problems require different expertise. Tezyar's selection process is based on the field, methodology, software or analytical needs, project stage, and the specific deliverables — not on a generic claim that one expert can handle everything.
Project-to-Expert Matching
A project is matched using the expertise it actually requires: disciplinary background, research methods, statistical techniques, evidence-synthesis experience, software, language, and publication or revision stage.
Public Expert Profiles
Tezyar will publish an expert profile only when the person's identity, qualifications, areas of expertise, and any public links such as ORCID, Google Scholar, LinkedIn, or publications can be verified. No placeholder or invented expert profile should be published for SEO purposes.
Methodological Fit Matters
A strong subject-matter background does not automatically imply expertise in every methodology. Projects that depend on advanced statistics, qualitative analysis, systematic reviews, or specialized modelling should be matched accordingly.
Evidence Over Marketing Claims
Where public evidence is available, Tezyar prefers specific, verifiable information — methods, software, fields, publications, and credentials — over vague statements such as 'highly experienced'.
